Does dancing help you get a leaner body?!


Question: Does dancing help you get a leaner body!?
If so, what kind of dancing!? I'm asking because I don't know what kind of exercises to do during my diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

any kind of dancing is vigorous work!. hip-hop and salsa are probably the best for burning fat in the belly and legs!. i lost 20 pounds doing dance!. I'm a pudgy person ^ ^

yes, belly dancing really stretches out all your muscles, so that's one of my top types of dances to give u!.

but rly any type of dance!. i stay in shape by taking ballet, tap, and jazz, and ballet rly makes u work super hard, and it takes a lot of muscle, so u could give that a try!.

but dancing isn't rly one of those exercises that you can always buy a DVD for and learn it in five minutes!. it takes training, so good luck if you choose to do it!

From looking at the TV show, "Dancing With the Stars", I'd say, yes dancing helps you to a leaner body and I am certain that others watching the show will too; and we all know, the stars danced a variety of styles!. I'd go with quick moves, repetitive ones and stretchy moves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You obviously are not a dancer! I have been dancing for years upon years upon years and it takes a magnificent body to do what we do!.

So yes! Any kind of dancing that gets you moving and gets you sweating is worth doing!

Any type of dance is exercise!.
Dances that get your heart beating fast are cardio workouts, which results in a leaner body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure, cardio helps!. So do any type of dancing that keeps your cardio up for 30min + and you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Believe it or not, Belly dancing works wonders!.
