Question:

Why is it that when I weighed myself It said I was 115 pounds then after weighing myself in 2 days it said I?

was 110 pounds then after going on a diet it went down fast and now Im 107 pounds but I still have fat around my stomach and legs and back like before.


Answers:

Losing weight super fast like that isn't healthy and it's not fat you are losing. You would literally have to starve yourself to see the fat start melting away.
You have to exercise to get rid of that fat. And, unfortunately, that's the hardest place for a woman to lose weight. There are no miracle diets that will make you super slim in a matter of weeks! A healthy diet and plenty of exercise are the only things you can do to slim up and still be healthy.
