Question: I need an answer plz!? x!?
i have lots of ideas to loose weight but i can't bring myself to do it can u plz sort me out a diet plan and excersize plan its an easy 10 points 4 ya and my weak spot is sweets lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ok i will try and help:
eat these foods
broccoli
carrots
cucumbers
lean meats such as chicken and turkey that is baked or grilled not fried
power bars with low sugar
bran buds(fiber helps with digestion and aids in weight loss)
salad
apples
Salsa(speeds up metabolism and helps fight cravings)
egg white (limit yolks)
whole grain or whole wheat bread and brown rice(NO WHITE!)

Make sure you are drinking at least 80 ounces of water a day !
this is key to your weight loss!. It sounds like a lot but it really isnt!. Mix water with crystal light if you need some flavor

Green tea also speeds up metabolism

dont eat past 7 at night


Drink 16 ounces of water as soon as you wake up in the morning this boosts energy and metbolism

As far as exercise goes do 1 and a half hours of cardio a day 5 to 6 times a week!. This includes but is not limited to running, speed walking, swimming, elliptical!. Go to a gym and do resistance training 3 times a week or find some good list of exercises on the internet that can be done easily at home!. You CAN do it!. KEep telling yourself that!.

Also dont forget it is ok to indulge every once in a while!. Studies prove that every once in a while can be a boost to the metabolism!

Honestly you have to make your mind up that you are going to do it and stick with it!. the main thing is not to pick a fad diet but to actually just change your eating habits!. it needs to be something you can stick to for life, not something that is a quick fix that you will gain right back!. a well balanced diet is the way to go with proper exercise!. eating several small meals a day with proportioned veg,carb,protein!. also walking is a good exercise to start out with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No diet or exercise plan will help you until you have really decided to take action and set a tangible goal to reach!. Your mind has to be set on that goal!.

This is the very first step you need to take!. If you skip it, you will quit the diet or stop exercising the first day you don't feel like it!.

just cut down on the sweets and exercise you can still eat sweets just cut down on them and exercise regurly and try not to eat fast food too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
