Question: Are there any exercises to make me lose weight around the waist!?
Answers:
Women tend to have more body fat than our male counterparts that is why we tend to have extra pounds and bulges in areas we don't want them to stay!.

I am not an expert, but what I can share with you are these steps that I have:

1) accept yourself and weight, that's your body!.
2) set specific goals, the reasons why you want to lose weight!. make a list and read them everyday
3) keep a regular exercise that is available and what you enjoy most!. ballroom dancing, aerobics class, swimming, circuit training!., running, badminton etc!.

it takes 21 days to make something or consider an activity as a habit!.
Abdominal execises are recommended too much but people need to understand that one needs to make a circuit execise!. This means that one needs not to concentrate in abdominal exercises alone!. When one works out, the abdominal area is the first part that losts weight!. But one needs to be very patient with regular exercise and cautious diet is very vital!.

Water replenishes the lost fluids in the body!. After any workout, one needs to drink water, rather than gulping a can of soda or iced tea which are very high in sugar!.

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!. Cardio!. Start walking 3-4 miles every day!. That will help you lose weight around the waist, but you'll lose weight elsewhere, too!. You can't spot-reduce fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard that exercises such as crunches/ situps don't really work!.!.!.!.it more has to do with your diet and walking a lot!. Drinking lots of water is supposed to be good too!. :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
