The problem is that it is really not that simple!. It's not so much that you have to eat less!. Rather you need to take in less calories!. Many ppl try to loss weight by drastically cutting down their diet!. However, the best thing to do is to eat healthy foods and monitor calories!. Eating too little causes the metabolism to slow down and makes it extremely hard for the dieter to stick with their diet!. Even the idea of just exercising more is not that simple because depending on the results desired, the dieter may need to know their target heart rate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Technically, You have to reduce your calorie intake, and increase your calorie expenditure!

Or, to maintain your weight, keep the two in equilibrium!.

You can eat more food, if it's calorific value is lower, ie, a whole plateful of cabbage, brussel sprouts, peas and beans - versus - one meat pie, or two sausages!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know exactly what you mean; we have this huge weight loss supplement business!. Seems like people really just don't get it! It takes exercise and healthy eating both too! At the gym, I once overheard an overweight person say to her friend, "now I can go by KFC since I worked out tonight!" Whats the point then!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They do but it's all well and good if you are already healthy!. I know someone with Leukaemia and her weight ballooned because of medication plus she is too ill too exercise!. Some people have genuine reasons and people should be less judgemental when they see an overweight person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not Americans!. All my friends (teenage girls) seem to think that diet pills or liposuctions are the way to go!. They don't listen to me when I tell them they should just diet & exercise instead!. It's not a coincidence I'm the thinnest in my group!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

people do realize but it's sometimes daunting to them to think that they have to go and exercise!. or they just dont know what sort of things to eat, and this can lead to them giving up!.
