I NEED A SCHEDULE THAT WILL HELP ME GANE 80 POUNDS IN THE NEXT 4 MONTHS (IS NOT UNHEALTHY BECAUSE IM SERIOSLY UNDER WEIGHT AND MY DOCTOR TOLD ME TO GANE 60-90 POUNDS)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to gain weight relatively fast and be healthy, I suggest working out two to three times per day for at least 20 minutes at a time!. Buy creatine and protien powders!. Take creatine in a glass of no fat milk before working out, and protein powder in no fat milk 20 minutes to an hour after working out!. If you do this two to three times per day and eat healthily and normally you should gain weight and be healthy, fit, and strong, plus you should look attractive and hot, as opposed to flabby and fat or plagued with problem areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u need to eat MORE CALORIES THEN U BURN TO GAIN WEIGHT!.!.!.EAT MORE OF THESE TYPES OF SNACKS/FOODS !.!.!.

-Lean meats
-complex carbs(oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread/pasta, some cereals)
-peanut butter or other nuts
-"proto pure" protein bars!.!.!.!.each has 300 calories and 32 g protein but are low fat(7-8g), ok carb(around 26), very low sugar(1g), very healthy and delicious!.!.!.i like the chewy chocolate chip and chocolate deluxe!.!.or the regular "pure" protein bars but they are smaller and only have around 180-200 calories and 20 grams of protein
-loose granola
-dried fruit(especially raisins)-instead of fresh fruit
-muesli
-potatoes and corn instead of greens
-drink BOOST PLUS and ensure plus(the chocolate is the best) they have 350-360 calories each and have alot of vitamins, healthy fats, and the carbs u need!.!.!.look them up!.!.!.there is a difference between the regular and the plus!.!.!.
-milk/other dairy products
-beans/seeds

i am also 14 and i am 5' 7" and 104 pounds
i am very underweight i should weigh about 170 pounds i need to gain about 66 lbs!. thats not easy exspecially because it is a genetic that am thin and it is hard to work against your genes! So!.!.I drink Ensure you can find it at a local vitamin store or ask a nutritionist!.!.!.hope i helped! Good Luck!

First of all, I dont think anyone need to gain 80 pounds because even if you were 80 right now (underweight), 80 more pounds would make you 160 and that sounds overweight to me!. But if you really want, try drinking 2-3 glasses of HALF and HALF milk everyday!. It worked for me!. But my goal was 10-20 pounds not 80!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gaining weight is just like losing weight!. You want to do it gradually!. Any quick increase or decrease in weight isn't good for you!. My favorite remedy is ice cream or milk shakes right before you jump in bed!. That is sure to pack some lbs!. on your little frame!.

P!.S!. Eating ice cream and drinking milkshakes in the daytime wouldn't hurt either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

McDonalds to be exact!. double chease burger, meduim fries, and a large drink!. i had to gain ALOTTTTT of weight last year (i could use a little weight still) also i would recomened to drink some carnation, its a breakfast shake hope i helped! Eat 9 meals a day 1000 calories a meal!. Eat fatty foods and lots and lots of sugary sweets!. also eat plenty of fast foods and pastas!. Just try to eat as much as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat before bed!. The body burns less calories while you rest dormant!. The prefered meal before bed it pasta, high in carbohydrates!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
