How can i make ym diet healthier? i'm a very fussy eater?!


Question: How can i make ym diet healthier!? i'm a very fussy eater!?
I'm a really fussy eater and won't eat foods that i've never tried because i'm convinced i'll not like it!. I eat junk food every day and have several packets of crisps and chocolate bars!. i want to start eating healthily but hate most vegetables and that!.

The best way to lose weight is to eat a HEALTHY diet, and EXCERCISE!.

For a healthy diet, you need to be eating small to medium meals regularly!. 4 or even 5 times a day!. Each meal (apart from breakfast which should preferably be fibre rich), should contain a balanced ammount of carbohydrates, (from potatoes, rice and pasta, etc) protien (from fish, chicken, occassional red meat, soya) and plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (simple fresh fruit and veg)!. Eat like this and make sure you are well hydrated (fruit juice is as good as water, any fluid counts, but some fluids have negative effects too, such as alcohol or caffiene rich drinks!.)

This doesn't mean you cant have chocolate or pizza/takeaway/etc, just save them as occassional treats!.

With these three basic groups it is possible to do entire cook books full of dishes, from Chinese, British, Italian, Thai, Indian, you name it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can bake all your food and it should be healthier!. I would slowly get away from the junk food!. If you like nuts and seeds try that for a snack!. Also some of the special K snack bars are really good and they do have chocolate ones I think they are only 90 calories!. You are going to have to slowly start eating new kinds of food just try it and see!. If you don't try anything new than how can you grow as a person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

start convincing yourself with healthy food, food is your bian
,we dont eat cause we are hungry!?we arent an animals*think that animals are wiser then us in this*
we eat cause we want to have fun ,,,thats why seek for junk
we eat cause we are angry thats why eat sweets
but if you convince taht this food is BAD and you should eat good quilty and you will enjoy it
you will enjoy it
its all about who you want to be after 10 years
doyou want to be with beerbelly and lazy and watch tv and whine about your self when you see fit people!?
or you want to struggle now and find away to be happy with healthy food and good work out and find a day in *month or 2 *to eat what you really like*and i m sure you wont need to do it!?*

You can change chocolate bar to Special K chocolate cereal bar!. That is really good one!. Try it!. Most junk food cannot be healthy food!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
