Is this a good plan?!
Question: Is this a good plan!?
I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant, so I'm not trying to change anything right now!. However, I'm doing research on the most effective ways to build a healthier lifestyle & lose weight/tone up!. I was once told that to keep your muscles stimulated (I can't think of a better word) that I would need to change-up my routine daily!. So, would this example be a good starting point (when I'm given the green light from the Dr!.)
Monday: Jump Rope Cardio 25 minutes
Tuesday: Yoga 30 minute video
Wed: Weight Training
Thursday: Something like Tae Bo video
Friday: Pilates
Saturdays: Walking with the baby outside (Im not sure if I would need one or two days off)
I've spent these last several months learning how to cook healthy meals and I feel I have a good grasp on that aspect of it!. I'm just wanting to make sure that my home workouts are as effective as possible with the limited time I'll have as a new mom!.
Pre-pregnancy I was 5'4" 130, I'd like to reach 125 (gained 20 with pregnancy so far)Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds great! Of course after your 6 weeks checks etc!. But maybe build yourself into it gradually, like start excersising 3 days a week at first then build it up!. I've had 3 babies and it is hard to make time for yourself but it's not impossible, it's important to give yourself a bit of time!. Try not to be to worried about getting back to your pre pregnancy size quickly though, just enjoy your new baby!. Good luck with everything xWww@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know much about pregnancy, but are you supposed to be doing vigorous exercise while you're pregnant!? If it's "okay" to do so, then yes, that sounds like a GREAt plan!. If you jump rope at a fast with your legs to together, you will burn 23 calories per minute; in addition, it has LESS impact on your knees than jogging/running!. It also burns 3 times more calories than jogging, and biking at 10 mph!. Finally, it works all of your body parts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm 38 weeks pregnant now and I started an exercise program at 35 weeks: Leisa Hart Fitmama programme!. I started it cos I heard it's easier to lose the weight afterwards when u exercise during pregnancy!. If you're up to it, you could start some gentle exercise or buy a pregnancy workout video!. And u could do some gentle weight lifting with 3 - 5lb dumbells!. But sit down while doing this so that u don't put any strain on the abdomen!.
Besides this, your post-pregnancy plan is great!. Good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
