What excercises can be done with a trampoline?!


Question: What excercises can be done with a trampoline!?
Does anyone have a mini trampoline and knows some regular exercises that can be done on it!. For a certain amount of time and what parts of the body it will benefit!. Thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah with jumping i guess if you do star kinda jumps then it will work you arms and your legs at the same time, i think just the jumping in general is good it keeps you fit not sure what part of the body it works with i guess the legs if you do non-stop jumping and then the arms if you try to balance them while jumping or something!.!.!.
