the egg yolks are good for you, the yolk is the whole healthy part of the egg and it has so many different nutrients good for you and is the main source of protein of the egg!. The only bad thing is that it is pro infamatory but it is not a problem if you cook it in in olive oil or you get your vitamin C and anti oxidants!. The egg whites alone are protein but is not alot of protein and without the egg yolk it is actually a poor source of nutrition and protein!. just only eat two 2eggs with egg yolks a day and make sure you drink orange juice and/or cook it in olive oil or whatever source of antioxidants are good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut out the dairy!. No cheese!. Just egg whites!. You don't want the saturated fat that comes from eggs!. Get only good fats in your diet such as Omega 3 fatty acids!. Foods with "good" fats-- unsaturated, are fish, nuts (particularly almonds or walnuts), flax seed oil, olive oil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
