He does 50 crunces flat on the floor and 50 more on both sides!. He is not eating junk food at ALL and is eating healthy!. He also runs in the morning as soon as he gets up!. First of all, no one can tell you it will happen within a certain time!. You have to do the best you can and eventually, he will see improvement!. You can't force it to happen any quicker!. What he needs to do is overall strength training- not "just his pecs", but increase his muscular strength all over!. Why!? Because muscles burn more calories than fat!. And so the more muscle tissue he gets, the easier it will be for his body to increase its metabolism and burn fat!. He also needs to do cardio, which if he's running, is an excellent cardio workout!. He can get better benefit from HIIT cardio (you can do this with sprinting, if running is his thing, just Google it)!. You burn twice the amount of calories in half the amount of time!. So, he needs a solid weight training plan, and cardio as well!. He also needs to take in just the right amount of calories per day!. If he goes too low, his body will go into "starvation" mode and will actually hold on to body fat instead of burning it!. Check online there are dozens of calculators to tell you what he needs for weight loss!. Make sure to eat as cleanly as possible- a "clean" diet means no junk- nothing processed, no "bad" carbs, no "bad" fats!. Eat whole foods - lean meats, veggies for carbs, complex carbs (such as whole wheat) only before he works out, no bad fats like cheese, mayo, bacon, etc!.!.!. the only fats he should get are unsaturated and come from things such as olive oil, flax seed oil, etc!.!.

So, with a good cardio plan, full body weight training, the right caloric intake, and a solid nutrition plan, your cousin is on his way!. We can't "pick and choose" where the fat comes off of!. They call that "spot reducing" and it doesn't exist!. He has to get his overall body fat percentage lower through the methods above!. He can have strong pec muscles or six pack abs but if it's hidden underneath a layer of fat you will never see them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well focus him on more pec excersises!. crunches are abdominable workouts, so do more excercises like pull ups, planks, and benching!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
