Even my friend said it too so I am not paranoid!. What can be causing this!. I am 18 and I work out 1 and a half hours a night 5 to 6 nights a week of cardio!. Then I do some butt exercises a couple nights a week!. Am I doing too much!? Could that be causing it!. Please help! Im going insane! Thanks in advance

I'm sure your butt just looks bigger right now because the rest of you is getting smaller!. Your butt might (genetically) be the last thing that will shrink!. My thighs are always the last thing to shrink on me!. Keep up your exercises!. Don't stop your butt exercises because you want your butt to be toned!. Your 1300 calorie diet sounds pretty good but don't make it too low in fat!. Your body needs some good heart-healthy oils daily!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are only eating 1300 calories I don't see how you are really adding a lot of muscle mass!. Concentrate on a diet high in fiber & protein and I would personally take in less than 20 grams of fat!. Eat some tuna!.
Anaerobic results aren't going to show until you shed some unwanted pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the fat in your butt hasn't been burned by all your cardio, then all you're doing is putting muscle under fat, which is causing you to actually make your butt look bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
