Question: Omg chewing gum calories!!!!?
okay so i thought there was 5 calories per stick of gum but on the back it says 158!!! How does that work!?!?!?

am i consuming more calories than i thought!?

its probably 158kcal per 100g, each bit of gum will not weight 100g though you may need to calculate it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm guessing you were thinking of sugarfree gum, but bought gum with sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
