5'4, 123 with legs like that!!! Sounds hot to me babe!! I think you need to change your own self-perception!. You have a way better chance of doing that than changing the size of your calf muscles!.

I would say that your calves are this size because you unconsciously walk on your tip toes a little; and over the years of running, play soccer, etc, you have gotten a lot of muscle in your calves!. I personally think that your legs are probably sexy!. I'm from Mississippi, and we aint wit all that slim model sh*t!. We like girls with a little body!. You should be happy you have some legs like this!!

Personally, I do yoga and Pilates several times a week, and this helps to tone and elongate my leg muscles!.!.!. this way, they don't appear stocky and thick!. Stretching is the key to keeping muscles supple and elongated, which is why these particular exercises work -- they strengthen and tone as they stretch the legs (and all your other parts!)

DeniseAustin!.com has some great DVDs for beginners!. Doing these exercises 3-4 times a week will bring you wonderful results!.!.!.

Good luck to you :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't worry about it I am 18 years old 5'5 and 135 pounds and i as well have very muscular legs!. but what is the problem with that my legs are my favourite part of my body! i love when people ask me if i play soccer!!! just embrace them because, i figure it is better to have nice muscular legs then fat ones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah the lady who said about stretching is correct!. Your muscle fibres are shortened 'cos you don 't stretch!.!.!. I asked my physiotherapist about my muscular looking calves and she said that it wasn't big muscles but rather muscles bunched up by not stretching which shortens the fibre lengthWww@Answer-Health@Com

all i can say is try not to use ur calf muscles!. i have really messed up my ankle and i cant really tipy toe on it so now one leg is thinner then the other due to not being able to use the muscle!. thats the only way i can think of but then u will be out of shape like meWww@Answer-Health@Com

You mean inches right!.!.!.because of your legs are 13 cms around then they are too thin, not too fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You won't get them smaller w/o losing muscle mass which for somebody as healthy as you would be a bad thing!. You probably have well-developed calves due to genetics, so instead of trying to hide them or be embarrassed by them learn how to flaunt them as an asset! If you put on a knee length skirt with a pair of heels (especially when you are older and in college), then you will probably get positive attention rather than negative comments!. It also helps if you stop being self-conscious about the legs; this keeps attention from being drawn to them!. I have the same type of legs (e!.g!. I can't where knee high boots b/c my calves don't fit), but with a little confidence in myself and my body shape I have turned my legs into a very positive feature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
