Question: If i weight 128lb how much protein should i take after my workout!?
I am 14 and do weights i take a protein shake after my workout and randomly in the day!. They have 15grams of protein in!. If i weight 128lb (57kg) how much protein should i take in after my workout and throughout the day!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

an adult male can only use about 30-40g of protein per 3 hours!. you will probably want to be around 20-25g post workout, and about 100g for the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

rule of thumb for gaining muscle you need to eat at least your weight that means you weigh 128lbs you need to eat at least 128grams of protein and i mean real food like chicken or tuna shakes help but real food is betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
