Is bicycle riding good for slimming hips and tummy?
I know it should be good for thighs, which is grest, but it's that spot below the waist on the hips I need to tackle.

For hips and thigh it's one of the best there are. Supposing you do it every day for at least 45 minutes. For the tummy, not so much. I have been doing spinning cycling for over 5 years and one of the first things our trainer told us is we are supposed to do core strenghtening exercises with it. Core are your whole abs muscles.
