Are there different methods of working out based on body type?!


Question: Are there different methods of working out based on body type!?
for different people who have the same goal in mind!? Like building muscle, keeping off fat basically, not bodybuilding per se!.!.!.just improving!. I read this, about ectomorph, endomorphs and mesomorphs, different things work for each, but couldnt find specifically WHAT!. I am ectomorph, no doubt, so do you know what I should do then as opposed to the others!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude you look fine strewth i weighed 68 kg from when i was about 17 -20 ish till i was in my mid 30s !.it did not matter how much or what i ate i could not put weight on!. but say between 33- 36 i suddenly realized that i weighed nearly 100kg now that i am 38 i am back down to low 80s kgWww@Answer-Health@Com

You consume way more calories!. You need to get a weight gainer shake and heres why!.!.!. Since your skinny, your body is burning up a lot of calories!. You dont have much to build muscle!. Get a weight gainer shake, they have tons of calories and protein and have it a few times a day!. Thats pretty much the only way your going to build muscle unless you start eating a lot more!. But you should have tons of protein anyways!.

As for workouts, you need to see what works best for you!. Just stick to 8-12 reps for now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
