Hi, i was wondering if you wear wrist weights (10lbs) 24/7 would that build you're biceps?


Answers:

I've heard many times that using ankle and wrist weights while running or walking doesn't increase muscle mass and is hard on the joints. Not running? Well, wearing them 24/7 may also be hard on the joints. And, will probably wear out your arms very soon.
