Question: How do i put on weigh healthily!?
I am a 18 year old girl!.
Im 4ft 11inches & weigh 7st 10lbs
I would like to put on a few pounds!. although i have tried before by just eating crap fatty foods this has just resulted in giving me a horrible flabby stomach and lots of celulite around my bum!. I would like to heathily put on weight evenly around my body!. Does anybody know how this is done!? thankyouWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think your best bet to put on weight (without flab and cellulite) is to try strength training, either by lifting weights or using your own body for resistance (as in the case of Yoga)!. You can buy or download some workout DVDs and do it from the comfort of your own home!. Typically, you will see results in approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on how often you do the exercises!. Increasing your muscle mass will not only put weight on your frame, but do so in an even and defined manner!.!.!. meaning, no lumps and bumps, lol!.

Additionally, upping your intake of healthy fats and carbohydrates will give you added weight gain without the pitfalls associated with "junk" foods (decreased energy, cellulite, soft belly, etc)!. The best foods to achieve this are avocados (guacamole is my fave), olive oil, brown rice, granola, and lots of nuts and trail mix!.!. basically any healthful, natural food high in calories and UNsaturated fats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am right now on the same struggle, difference is that I am underweight!. You have to increase the calories you take a day with healthy foods, increase your meal portions!. Eat lots of carbs in your meals, pasta (but add vegetables) , lots of snacking on fruit and milk or yogurt!. Don't start eating a lot of red meat, but do increase your portions of meat in your diet!. You can once in a while eat out, but don't over do it, cause this will get you fat, but you won't feel so good!. Also if you gain weight this way you can also increase your muscles, that will make the fat look "pretty" doing crunches, weights,etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat more often, snack on sugary fruits or sugary vegetables (potatoes, corn, apples, oranges, bananas)
and to put it evenly on the body you have to do some aerobic exercise 2-3 times a week, then you should be lookin the way you want!.!.!.
if you eat more, you digest more, and exercising will help some of the calories into muscle so you'll look toned, and at a healthy weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

yeah junk foods is not the way to go!. I would try using whey protein!. This will help you build muscle mass, not fat!. At the same time, gain weight!. The product my buddy uses is Veriuni Advanced Whey Protein!. He loves it!. And I know it actually works!. You can get it here:
