Answers:

No, you will not get bulky with that regimen. Regardless of what kind of condition you are in, 30 minutes of cardio, with numerous calisthenics will not make you bulky. Some times women have the misconception that working out leads to muslce growth and them looking too muscular. I promise you, gaining muscle isn't so easy. It takes a lot of over-exertion for an extended amount of time (6 months to years to seeing muscle growth). Ask any guy that isn't on HGH or any other form of steriod, muscle takes time.

I don't know much about your physical condition or shape, but here's what I recommend for anyone...

1. Consume 10 calories/pound of your weight, at least! 100lbs= 1000 calories, 200lbs = 2000 calories, you need this simply to maintain your weight and your body to function properly. Eating less will slow your metabolism down and it'll be harder to loose weight. Often times guys will consume twice this amount to gain weight and they do it for a long period of time, don't fret about eating too much, your burning it off.

2. Switch up your routine, change from weights to machines, or machines to actual physical activities.

3. Skinny, non-muscular, is not in shape. Its use to be attractive, but that's that's not true anymore. Nobody likes dating sticks. Girls should be able to do a minimum of 20 pushups continuously (guy push-ups, not girl push-ups), and 5 pull ups, YES 5! Its about pulling your own weight and showing people you can. That's not muscular, that being strong.

Good luck, I hope this helps a little.
