Do tummy muscles get weak as you age?!

Question: Do tummy muscles get weak as you age!?
Answers:
Only if you don't use them!.

All muscles get weaker at any age if they are not used and trained!.

I have seen men in their 70's who live active outdoor lifestyles out lift sedentary office workers in their 30's!.

My mother is 75 and can do 10 full body pushups - think her tummy muscles are weak!?

Don't buy into the lie that you get weaker as you get older!.
It only happens if you stop using your muscles!. BTW, if you do heavy weight training once a week, the growth hormone boost will keep you young!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All of your muscles get weaker with age (with the exception of cardiac muscles, but that's a different thing), if you don't strengthen them with exercise!. If you want better abs, do some strengthening exercises like crunches, core (propping your self up on your forearms and toes for as long as you can) and push ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everything gets weaker with age, no stopping it, it's part of the aging process (of course if you're 20, 30, 40 you shouldn't be "too" weak, may indicate medical problems)!.
That's why exercising is so important, even more so with age!. And dietary habits!. You have to eat right at any age, but even more so when 'older'!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
