If i run will i loose fat.?!


Question: If i run will i loose fat!.!?
OK am 6'0 and weigh 255!. To be honest i have worked out for 3 years and i am covered in muscle i measured my bicep and it is 16 in when i make my abs tight i feel boxes!. How much do i have to run to be no fat on me just veins and muscle!.And if i just have a protein bar and water and vegetables and fruits will i loose weight more faster!. And is my fat effecting my muscles from getting bigger due to the layer of fat on them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fat doesn't prevent muscle from building!.

But it you want to look cut and chiseled, fat tends to soften some of those details!.

Even walking can help you lose fat, so running definitely will help you lose fat!. But you're right in realizing that your diet will play a role!. Running tends to make you feel hungrier, especially when you first start!. You might find it hard to eat less in that state!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, running may cause your body fat percentage to get dangerously low!. Sounds like your body fat percentage is already at a low level!. Generally, anything under 6% can be dangerous!. Your body has to have a certain amount of fat to survive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
