Do you know some effective ways to tone and build strength in my arms?!


Question: Do you know some effective ways to tone and build strength in my arms!?
I'm doing Pilates, as well as push-ups every other day!. And I walk/jog!. What can I do to target my upper arms!? I'm at a good weight but to me my arms look too fat!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A good exercise for the back of your arms is if you use a low coffee table or maybe even a chair would do the trick, place your palms on the edge of the object which is behind you, legs stretched & crossed out front, then simply lower yourself repeatedly, im sure you'll feel the burn!. hope this makes sense!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use dunbells and while your at it change the wait!. For monday use a 5lb!. Tuesday maybe 7lb and so on!. Also push-up will help!. And donot rule out jumping jacks!.They use the arms as well!. Just try different excersises that will use the arms and also remember to eat right!. And keep up with your usual excersing rouine they do help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try using 5lbs!. dumbells and walk around your block acouple of times wile just holding them!. then after that get creative with themWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have to lift some weights!. Start low and gradually build up the amount!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
