Holy cow, lots of questions for a very good products!. Creatine has been around for decades, but in different forms!. Creatine citrate, creatine maleate, creatine monohydrate, creatine ethyl ester!.!.!.!.!. many products combine many different forms of creatine!.

Creatine is naturally found in red meats, but we would have to eat huge amounts to get benefits from it!. So, most of us put 10g into a bottle of gatorade after a workout and pound her back!

What does creatine do!? Well, it is a cell volumizer, it pulls water into muscle cells, and along with the water, nutrients and goodies your body cells need to repair the damage done while training!. So, as long as you are combining it with a good protein shake or protein source before and after training, you will be forcing more nutrients from that supplementation into your cells increasing the rate you heal!.

The side effects are that most people do not drink enough water (at least a gallon a day) while taking it and they can get dehydrated!. Other than that, it is safe for just about anyone to take unless you have kidney or renal problems or severe liver disease as the excess water can cause more damage!. So, if your doctor says you are fine, have at it!

10g a day right after training and if you are not training, take 10g in the morning!. This will keep you levels high and happy!.

Your muscles will be more hydrated, so you need to keep them that way, and I doubt you will find it easier or harder to stretch!.

Stretching for 10-15 minutes before your training and after will help with your tight muscles and also gets the blood flowing better to the damaged areas!.

Creatine will not affect your tennis!.

Creatine may increase your speed as there will be more goodies in your cells to use as energy!.

As for cartilage repair, tendons etc, I highly doubt it will help as it does not really enter that type of tissue, but will enhance your bodies natural healing ability, so give it a try and see!.
