Arm fat...2 questions?
ok so i have the whole arm flab and so i am doing this exercise to get rid of that fat and firm it up and i have been doing it for a while now and havent seen any improvemnet so my first question is when will i see the diference if any???? and my second question is are there anything else that you know of similar to this exercise that you know works really good???
here is the exercise i have been doing (with 5 pound dumbells)
my arm is at a 90 angle pointing up with the dumbell in my hand and while i am touching where the flab is i lift my arm up and have my hand with the dumbell go back to where my back is and i return to the original position. i do 20 of those on each arm.

I found doing tricep extensions helps the most to tone up that area - where your arm is extended behind you and you bend and extend your elbows with a light weight.
