You can not reduce fat for one area, body fat comes equally throughout your body!. Chances are if you feel your thighs have a lot of fat, your body fat percentage is moderate to high!. This is typical in many ectomorphic types, also colloquially referred to as skinny fat!. Where you look skinny but have a lot of flab in unwanted areas!. Body fat tends to get stored in the thighs, butt, and love handles/obliques!. The more you get, the more it will be noticeable throughout your body and in your neck/face as well!. I suggest a complete body fat test to see where you're at!.

The solution is just to exercise and you will see a reduction of body fat throughout in unwanted areas!. Eat at a 500 calorie deficit from maintenance, exercise atleast 20-40 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
