Question: Im starting a diet on monday and i was wonderin what i shud eat 4 breakfast lunch or dinner!?

---oatmeal is high in fibre and low in fat, w/ some cinnamon, it's quite good :]
---egg whites (only 17 cals each!!)
---Kix cereal has only 88 cals per cup
---any fruit, basically, they're all pretty healthy
---non fat milk, whole grain bread, kashi cereal
---yogurt
lunch:
---fruit fruit fruit!!
---yogurt
---lean meats like turkey
---lean cuisine :](i really like it)

---chicken/turkey/tofu
---veggies!!
i'm not really sure what kind of diet you're going on though, if it's like a no carb thing, or a eat under 100 calories per day kind of thing, or a only fruits/veggies diet, or anything, so more information would be really helpful, as well as what sorts of foods you have access to!. (like if you're on your feet all day, i'd recommend pre-packaging your snacks so you don't feel stressed that you won't get a meal later and then binge)
