Question: Dieting!? im 14 and am i okay!?
so im 14 years young, 93ish pounds and 5'!. im deffinetly not saying i need to loose anything i just wanna shape up and eat healthier! also, i need help with getting on a squedule! (sleep, food, excercise!) tips please!!

Anyways!.!.!. try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep!. Any more or any less can make you gain weight!. Try not to snack a whole bunch during the day, and during meal times, make sure you get protein, fruits, vegetables!.!.!. you know!. And umm, my doctor said that you need to do enough exercise every day to a least get your heart rate up for!.!.!. I cant remember how long!.

YES! You don't need to loose weight!. But eating healthier is good!. With the schedule thing, just set a time and do it!. It's easier if you do the same thing every day!. But it's up to you to keep on it!. It's all about self control!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Diets don't usually work, exercise and healthy eating do! But if you do want a 'diet' try weight watchers it works! But don't use south beach diet, it almost gave my friend a heart attack!Www@Answer-Health@Com
