Good beach workout?!


Question: Good beach workout!?
I'm going to the beach for about 5 daays or so, and iv'e been working out every day very hard and i dont want to come back and basically lose it all!.

my trainer told me to do alot of core work and some jogging, but i hurt my back so thats kinda hard!.

any suggestions!?!?!?

I love to jog along the water's edge!. The sand is wet so it's not lumpy, and it's squishy!.!.!. easier to on the knees!. But if you really can't jog!.!.!. Are you a good swimmer!? If you can easily get past the waves, you can swim out some and then parallel to the shore!. Pick a land mark to keep your place!. If you get caught in a rip tide, continue to swim parallel to shore, not out toward the open water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the U!.S!. Navy SEALS do alot of training on the beach!. And if it's a good enough workout for them, then it's probably a good enough workout for you!. Try researching some Navy SEAL bootcamp drills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat alot of snacks and milkshakes!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use both eyes with many repetitions on watching some great bodies at work !.!.!. and avoid sunburnWww@Answer-Health@Com
