I am 130.8 pounds and i have tried not eating but my parents got concerend so is there any good diets someone could talk to me about.

The best thing is exercise at least 4 days a week, both aerobic and weight training.
Your body has what is called a "set point" that is your current weight, if you go on any diet then your body thinks you are starving and slows your metabolism. Only exercise can alter the set point because it speeds up your metabolism.
