Workouts for a smaller waist?

How do i get rid of the fat there? Theres not a lot, but its more than i think is healthy. What do you suggest I do?


Answers:

A great way to lose weight is to count Calories like crazy or have a lot of small meals instead of three big meals and find fun ways to exercise like dancing around your bedroom to your favorite song. You can try to incorporate sit-ups into your dance routine. Lol. That would really slim down your middle.
And you CAN target weight loss in certain body parts if you do exercises that affect that certain part.
