Question:
I need HELP desperately.?
My upper body is thin but my thighs are really really heavy. I used to be really fat when I was younger, I've lost about 35 kgs in the past 2 years.. I weigh 45 kgs now & my height is 5'1, but.. my thighs are just flabby.
Suggestions please!

You need to focus on doing loads of squats,lunges, and running. If you do this regularly (with weights!!!!), you WILL see results. But, the key is: Can you commit to the level of dedication it takes to do these intense exercises on a regular basis??
