Ways to tone up again????

i play club soccer, bu we are aking a break right now...i want to lose that extra summer fat for soccer, AND for school, which starts august 8th...

i have a naturally muscular body... but i have a thin layer of at coving it up...

i have pilates but i dont do it that often...

also: what are some good ways to get the inside of your thieghs and butt??? lunges dont work for me for some reason, then only do my quads...

i dont like meat, but i like fruits and veggies...i just need to expand my variety..

any tips would be greatttt!


Answers:

Pilates is a good thing for your legs, but maybe invest in a few PT sessions - I can't believe that lunges aren't doing it for you. Just get a PT to check your technique at least.

Alternatively, try squats (one and two legged), use hand weights, or a bar, maybe get to a Body Pump class.

I'm sure you understand that you can't spot reduce, but don't forget to keep the cardio up - so run, jog, walk - it'll all help you with your legs too.

Don't forget to eat mushrooms - the meat for vegetarians! Good luck!
