Question: PLEASE HELP! Breakfast Trouble!?
which is healthier for breakfast a bowl of cereal (life or bran flakes) with 1% milk or a large bagel (not wheat)!?
please keep in mind that i am not going to have a whole wheat bagel or use skim milk to make it better i just want to know which one is better like that
tomorrow for lunch i am also going to have an oreo sundae from Friendly's and probably some type of pasta for dinner
once again i am not going to change what i am having for breakfast lunch or dinner to make it healthier
so please answer because i need your help i will pick a best answer and they will get ten points!
