Special K and exercise?!
Question: Special K and exercise!?
What exercise should I do while on the Special K diet!?!? I want to lose about 12-15 pounds a month on the diet!. I just don't think it will work without any exercise!. I mean anything that doesn't involve exercise doesn't really work, does it!? I want something easy that won't make me out of breathe or is too hard!. I'm kinda lazy!. I want something short and easy!. Thanks in advance!. ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you do 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week you should lose the pounds!. I am doing it right now and ive lost 10 pounds!. As long as you watch more of what you eat and your calorie intake i think you should be fine and any type of exercise should be goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
I'm sorry don't believe the " Special K Diet " hype !. I don't care what cereal it is , cereal is HIGH in carbs and sugar !. If you eat their bars same thing , their protein water hardly has any protein in it !. Its CHEAPER and healthier to stick to a well rounded unprocessed diet !. Stick with :
1- lean proteins - chicken , turkey , flank steak , egg whites and fish
2- leafy and fibrous veggies - veggies period
3 - good carbs - oatmeal , sweet potatoes , whole wheat pastas , brown rice
4 - low fat dairy but in moderation
5- good fats - nuts , flax seed oils , olive oils, fish oils , all natural pb
6 - Cut out BAD FATS AND SUGARS
7 - drink plenty of water
You NEED to exercise a minimum of 3 X's a week BUT its 80% diet and 20 % exercise !. If you are " kinda lazy " you NEED to change that and get motivated because 12-15lbs is NOT going to come off by its self !. Start off slow with exercising and don't over do it !. It is impossible to lose 12-15lbs in a month , it will probably take you 2-3 months so be patient !. The slower you lose the weight the more it will STAY off :)

try powerwalking 30-60 minutes a day!. the weight should drop off you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
