Seriously, losing weight, AND FAST?!?!?!


Question: Seriously, losing weight, AND FAST!?!!?!!?
Okay, so I never used to be overweight, but I went through something in the past year, not going to get into it!. And my life just fell apart, including my weight!.

I weigh about 260 now!.
I want to drop 50 lbs in less than 3 months!?
Is it possible if I do this plan!.!.!.

Drink nothing but water
eat only celery sticks throughout the day
swimming alot, maybe 2 hours a day


I just want to go back how I was before
Please help, and please don't answer with things like!.!.!.
"YOUR GOING TO DIE"
"its unhealthy, blahhh blahhh"
or anything stupid, i don't care if it's unhealthy
i just need to lose weight, and FASTTTT


oh and I'm a f-uc-king dedicated bi-tc-h, trust me
If i started this, I'd go through with it

What you need is to drink water and a small amount of sugar!. So have 2 glasses of water with 2 teaspoons of honey a day and that should be just about enough to sustain you , you will lose a lot of weight in a small amount of time!. Trust me, it works, even celebs do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may not care if its unhealthy but u will! doing anything unhealthy will make you weak and sick!. trust me!. so eat really healthy and drink ONLY water!. even diet drinks are very good because of sodium!. eat celery, raw brocolie and coliflower (cooked takes the good bacteria out of it!.)and carrots ect!. throughout the day instead of chips and things like that!. stay far from fried and sugary things!. workout and do tons of cardio!. swimming is GREAT!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the SAME iSSUE but im 16 and weight 186!

THATS SOOO MUCH! i feel like the fatest person in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD!

i dont care either if its healthy or not i just want to lose weight fast! i TRULLY UNDERSTAND YOU!

My friends have told me about this ONLY FRUIT,& WATER PLAN! and they lost maybe 15 pnd in 1 month!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well honestly if u dont want people to say bad **** about what u wanna do then u wont get any answers, if u wanna lose 50lbs in 3 months u should have started 3 months ago, only advice i can give is mix up the cardio, swim 1 day run the next and ride a bike after that!. just try and run as much as possible and dont do anything stupid!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you don't want anyone to tell you that your plan is unhealthy blah blah, so I won't!.

Why are you posting this question!. You don't need anyone's permission to eat only celery sticks and drink only water all day long!. Just do it!.
