Answers:
If the nutrition facts state 0% fat, then they are supposed to have 0% fat!.

One thing to realize is that flavor in foods comes from fat and sugar!. Foods that contain 0% fat, are likely to contain more sugar to make them taste good!. So when you eat an EXCESS of sugar, your body stores it as fat, thus making you fatter!.

Many people believe that since they eat all fat free foods, they will lose weight!. That is not true!. You need some fat in your diet to balance things out!. The key is to make sure that you eat a balanced diet that is low in fat!.!.!.not fat free!. Moderation and exercise is everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When foods say "fat free" they are in fact fat free but they may be loaded with sugar to give taste!. On the other side, if a food says sugar free it usually has a lot of fat in it for flavor!. It all depends what you want!. Have a nice day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most times it is, But that does not mean it is calorie free and that is what you must run from to be HOTWww@Answer-Health@Com

There may be no fat in those foods, but there are sugars which eventually turns into fat when your body breaks down the sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
