this is my exercise
routine
i jog daily
i jog for 3 min!. the i walk for 5 min!.
i repeat for until 30min!. are up!.
i do this twice a day!.
i want a tiny stomach
anything i should do!?
i heard strengthening helps
but should i do that right

Your routine is perfect! Do that every other day!. On the day you don't do this exercise, do strength training (such as crunches and weight lifting)!. So, you should have a routine of: jogging one day, strength the next, jogging, strength, jogging, strength, etc!. Cardio (jogging) helps you burn calories and strength training helps you build muscle!. if you have muscle you lose more weight!. You should do both and you'll have a tiny stomach in no time! Another thing you can do for a small stomach is to do curl ups and crunchies do like five the first day ten the next and gradually do more and if you get sore that means it is working and if you aren't you need to do more and push yourself furtherWww@Answer-Health@Com
i highly suggest Pilates it will strengthen and work all the hard to get muscles giving you the look you wantWww@Answer-Health@Com
