Answers:
If you're fully grown then anything under 17!.5 is classed as underweight!. 21 is supposed to be everyone's ideal weight, but I'm a 19 and perfectly healthy! If you haven't finished growing it doesn't always work out though, you have to wait until your body has like settled [:
