If you're muscular from gymnastics, it's going to be hard hard hard for you to lose, because you'll be losing muscle to get weaker!. You'll have to do light things such as yoga, and a lot of repetitions to slim down muscle!.

By the way, if you are upset with the weight, and not the way you look, it's probably because muscle weights much more than fat, so sometimes people are skinny and toned, and yet weight more than they think they should!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!. When you have your meal your plate should be half veggies or salad!. The other half shoul be divided and half should be a lean meat ( chicken- not fried, but grilled) Stay away from bacon and ham!. The salt content will make you retain water and are high in fat!. Your meat serving should be about the size of your fist!. The other can be a whole grain roll or potato on occasion, and other times fruit!. Careful of condiments they are loaded with sugars and empty calories!. Ketchup is a killer for it!. Try low sugar ketchup- same taste less calories and sugar!. 64oz of water a day will help your body not feel dehyrated and you won't retain water as much, plus you feel fuller longer

Make sure you eat 3 meals a day and 2 small healthy snacks like celery sticks with light ranch, dill pickle spear or SF jello, or NF yougart!. They help keep your matabolisim going!.

Get 30 min of excerise a day, it could be walking, using resistance bands or joining a workout class!. Just up your daily excersies by 30 min and you will lose wieght!. Toning excersie is also a good one for you since you are eating healthy!.
