my legs wont tone when i do running!. i eat good do frequent running and sports and my legs look shapeless!. why!? what can i do to tone my legs and arms for summer, i almost have a six pack thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

try leg lifts!. and/or i think theres something you can buy like little weight things to strap around your ankles when you run to make the steps heavier so you build muscle!. and for arms, my dad showed me this thing if you sit at the edge of a couch with your arms behind you and your butt off and legs straight so your holding your own weight up, bend your arms and go down then up slowly so your lifting your own body weight!. you should feel it in the back of your arms!. in no time your arms and legs should be toned :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try alternating running and weights! 4 ur legs, do squats, wall sits, and jack-knife's! Good luck with that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
