Question: So i wanna lose 30 pounds!.!.!?
ok so its june 14 and school starts on september 4 or so!.and i want to lose 20-30 pounds within these 2 1/2 months!. i am 5 f 4 3/4 and i weigh about 153-155ish!. i want to be at least 125 although my ultimate goal is 115-120!. i hope by the end of the summer to be 130 and if less that would be awesome!. so any success stories or weightloss tips i could go by!? thanks guys:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im also losing weight this summer!.
Goal is to at least lose 30-35
ultimate goal is to be at 135-40!. (im almost 5'9)
What i am doing and i knwo this is probably not good, but i fasted the first 2 days with only water just to get my body rid of the bad food, then i started a raw food diet eating only fruits, vegitables, salads, and whole grain foods and it is working out so well!. Ive been on this diet for about a 1!.5 weeks and have already lost 7lbs!. Now i weigh more than you so that is probably why i am losing fast, but i think if you do this it can help!. Just make sure you take vitamins!.
And to do this diet you have to love vegitable and stuff!.!.!.

I am trying to lose weight too and so I am seeking advice myself!. I just read about the Big K diet and I'm interested in it!. Check it out, it may give you a good start!.
I want to comment however about your target weight!. That sounds like underweight to me!. I think you should seek to be around 130 pounds in order to stay healthy and look good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
