try to do your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach!. You can weight train right after or later that afternoon-after dinner try to go for an evening walk (brisk) for at least 20-30 minutes-

trust me you can last by starving yourself you will give in to temptation!.dont do it!. try this to lose weight wlk for 30 min each day early in the morning like around 7 am!. dont eat anymore carbs and burn a lot of calories!. sleep earlier people say that you lose the most fat when you are sleeping!. no eating after 7 pm that works really well!. no more fats and sweet, no more fried food eat fruits and try to drink green tea it helps you bur fat faster!. run jogg push ups sit ups do a lot of exersice and you will be smaller in no time!. you could, but you would be extremely tired from lack of carbs!. Sleeping will be extremely hard due to the hunger!. I would insist you eat small meals every 3 hours!. That way your body will be breaking the food down!. Of course you will poo a lot more!. oh yeah don't forget to work out!. you NEED to eat or you will just gain weight and it isnt healthy to loose more than 10 pounds a month!. just eat healthier and get more exercise and you will loose weight but not a ton each monthWww@Answer-Health@Com
