hi im 15 male!.!.!.!.!. i want to gain muscle mass but not fat!.!.!.!.!. is cytogainer right for me!?!? im lifting and doing cardio!.!.!.!.!. is cytogainer right for me!.!.!.!. i like cytogainer because i dont eat a lot so i want to get something rich in calories but not in fat!.!.!.!. what do you recommend!.!.!.!. im 155 pounds and 6 feet tall i want to weigh about 175!.!.!.!.but i dont want to gain fat!Www@Answer-Health@Com

to gain muscle look into creatine!. i have had great sucess w/ NOexplode or satur8!.

Yes everything Rafael said is right, you will gain a lot of fat with those weight gainers and the no-xplode is awesome and very effective, but your kinda young to use that supplement, but if you drink tons of water you should be fine!.
For a protein shake just stick to a basic whey protein!. i know cytosport who makes that gainer also makes a regular whey protein!. You just need to get as much protein as possible somewhere around 1!.5 grams x your body weight daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
