Question: How can i loser 10 pounds in 2 weeks!?
Im 13, 143-135 pounds im rougly 5'6" 5'7" i want to lsoe weight b!.c i think im fat n have a lil bit of flab!.!.!.my friend weighs the same n is the a lil taller bout looks increadibly skinny plz HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

girly, im in the same sitch as you, cept im 12 and weigh roughly 100 pounds!. my arms are flabby, my upper legs are HUGE, and my abs are!.!.!. a little!.!.!.!. chubby!. peep tell me i look great, but idt i do and idk if they're lyin just to make me feel better!. here's the plan!.
-Do 10 curl ups every day, for your abs!.
-The 2nd day, do 15!. increase by 5 every day!.
-Too easy!? Do 10 more every day!.

-Try push-ups, for your arms!.
-Can't do em!? Me either!. Got a pool!? Swim laps!. Try 25 mon, tuesday 30, wedsday 35!.!.!.you get the point!. No pool!? ask your mom to go to a local public pool!.
-Do leg lifts (for your legs!.) lie on your back with your left knee bent straight up!. Curve your right foot out, and lift!. do 10, then switch and lift left leg w/ foot curved out!. do 10 on other leg!. 10 more on other leg!. 10 more on other leg!. (ur all most, done, honey) and finally, 10 more on your leg!.

Not helping!? tell ur mom not to buy ANY junk food until you feel you can control your eatin' habit!. or secretly throw away the junk food 's allready there!.

You are at a good weight for your height!. Just remember everyone's proportions are different!. Just because the scale says people weigh the same amount, it will look different on different people because we are all shaped differently!. I bet you dont' even need to lose weight, but if you really are uncomfortable with your weight then here's a sure fire plan that will work!. Cut out the junk food, soft drinks, and fast food!. Eat 3 meals a day, and fruit as a snack, and drink plenty of water!. Make sure you exercise at least 3 times a week!. Go roller skating, play volleyball, or go swimming, whatever activities you like to do, just stay active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't guarantee 10 lbs in 2 weeks but if you start eating at least 30 grams of fiber per day you will see the pounds start to go!. I eat either Uncle Sam's cereal or Go Lean with 10 grams of fiber for breakfast!. Then I just eat a whole wheat bagel (7g fiber) for lunch or as a snack!. You can spread cheese or a slice of lunchmeat on it!. Dried fruit is a good fiber source!. Any kind of beans are the BEST source!. You don't necessarily have to cut back on other foods!. Drink plenty of water!. That flab around the middle is probably your only problem!.!.!.your height/weight ratio is great!. Take care--you will be more healthy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please be careful as losing weight that quickly can cause problems!. It would not be safe over such a short time!.Also you are growing and your body is developing, you have to try to be healthy with food and exercise but not go mad and overdo either!. We are all different and your friend is possibly also stressed about her weight-we all do it but you have to focus on yourself and be sensible about your food and health!.Your BMI or body mass index for your height and weight is within normal parameters!.Please be sensible and enjoy your teenage years without causing yourself to become ill about foodWww@Answer-Health@Com

as for the diet, i have a friend who lost 30 pounds in three months by eating some food every two hours
a handful of food only like the size of your fist

well first of all!.!.!.its not healthy to lose more than 2 or 3 pounds a week
so at most you should only lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks
BUT eating healthy (that means cut out ALL fatty and unhealthy foods missy!)
and proper excersize
can definatly get you to your goal in maybe a month

you shouldnt really be dieting at such a young age, but here are some tips:

Exercise more and cut down on any snacks your eating throughout the day, instead of eating sugary cereals for breakfast go for friut and yoghurt and for you revening meal try to not have too many carbs!. You will start to see results fairly quicklyWww@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, dont be self contious!. but there is this amazing work out class called Zumba!. you can loose a lot of weight!. i went there for the first time and havent sweat so much in m life!. i suggest you try it out!. they have it all over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy, DONT SKIP MEALS! , eat breakfast, NO JUNK-soda,candy,fast foods, etc

you can lose 14 pounds in 2 weeks - u can lose 1 pound a day if ure starving ureself!. but remember - starving ureself itll all go back on - plus a bit more just for fun!.
