Body Fat %???!

Question: Body Fat %!?!?!?
In order for a female to get defined abs!.!.!.what should her total percentage of body fat be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You mean a six pack!? It depends on the woman, but generally around 15%-17% body fat!.

Women should never go below 12% body fat so don't listen to joebro or shez!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Joebro is way off on this one!.!. The essential fat level for women is 15%! At 5% you'd be so anorexic you'd be hospitalized!.!.
Somewhere around 19-21% it is probably possible to have abs, but, where you carry your fat will make the difference!.!. There are probably women with higher body fat percentages that have abs and those with lower percentages that don't!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry to sound harsh, but the person who said 5% is crazy!. A normal female should be between 22-25% and a lean is 17-22% body fat!.

However, to have defined abs it's not really about the % body fat!.

It's not totally reliant on fat!.!.!. although your body fat level should be somewhere around 5% I'd say!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

IT VARIES FROM PERSON TO PERSON EVERYONE'S ABS MAY LOOK DIFFERENT!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't matter!.!.!.It just depends on if there's fat on your stomach/size of abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
