For what you're describing, your reaction sounds normal!. If you start to get dizzy or light headed, then you need to slow down!. It's very important to have a cool down period after your run, walk with your hands behind your head if you feel chest pain, and dont' forget to stretch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your going a little too far!. Drink a lot of water if that happens, but you shouldn't push youself too hard!. If your chest starts too hurting a little its fine but if there is a big pain relax and rest for a while!. Dont push yousel you can get hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You better check with your doctor, i never heard of those symptoms!. Never forget that moderate exercise is healthy, if you go beyond moderate you're risking your health!. Take care!.
