Question: Please i need ur help if you were successful loosing weight over the summer!!?
So i want to lose as many weight as i can over the summer!
ive NEVER gone on a diet and i live VERY far away from gyms and i dont want to run around my neighborhood beacause i dont want ppl from my school laughing at me!

im thinking on going on a ALL FRUIT,JUICE&water DiET!
HELP PLEASE and how much weight do you think i can lose!?
And how much did you lose!? tell me ur experiences

I'll tell you right now fruit juice and water won't cut it besides-everyone burns calories regardless of your activities-
Before my Jr year I lost weight-I'm not sure how much but I followed the Bodymaker plan which I wish I still had that little book-and when I looked it up on-line I didn't see it but it's a great plan for young girls-just eat less than you normally would-don't EVER go for 2nds, snack on fruits and veggies, drink plenty of water-if you want to snack put it off for 10 minutes more than likely you were just bored and you don't need a snack-but if you do go to grab something make it healthy!
For exercise, you need to walk, dance, swim, jog (somewhere-do it early if you're worried about people seeing you) get some exercise videos maybe you live close to the library or you can rent one from the video store-you could do yoga or whatever-
Good luck-but your main focus should just be eating smaller portions, eatting only when you're hungry, drink plenty of water- and just walk at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes or more-obviously the more activities you do the faster you'll see results so if you exercise 5-6 days a week you'll see quicker results than just 3 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
