Question: Can someone lose weight if!.!.!.!.(lalalalalala)!?
They don't eat for about two or so months WITHOUT excersise!?

(Swimming for a three hours everyday, though!.!.!. I could swim all day, everyday, if I were able too!. XD)Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off, that is a horrible idea!!!
second, when u don't eat, it makes your body go into starvation mode, which is actually proven to make u GAIN weight!.

i'm not even sure if someone can go that long with-out eating!.
if u could, it would make your body sick, cuz u would not be able to keep your immune system up, so u could catch all kinds of sickness!.

here is my idea for u!.
eat healthy, and excercise!. if u like swimming, swim more!.
you can also join a gym and take some of the classes they offer and make friends while doing it!.

if u r not old enough to drive, just play outside, take walks and such!.

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!.
