what can i do to gain more self control!.
i need to lose a lil weight and need some self control kus all i eat is crap it seems like!.

Hi!. Follow these steps:
1!. Either throw away all the junk food in your house or put it somewhere in a box and label it "Open this If you Want to Get Fat", and then tape it up!.
2!. When you go shopping for food, DO NOT under any circumstance buy junk food!. Buy whole foods like fruits and vegetables!. Nothing that comes in a box!. You can buy frozen veggies, that would be the only exception!.
3!. Start exercising!. I have always noticed that when I move around and exercise, I actually LOSE my appetite for JUNK FOOD!. I don't feel any need to eat, say, Oreos or potato chips!. So if you want to lose the appetite for crap, just exercise!.
4!. Along with exercise, eat natural!. Eat fruits and vegetables!. And you can cook, but cook with good stuff!. Make soups, make oatmeal, even make omelettes (but reduce the # of eggs)!. ANd definitely make salads (but dont drench it in dressing, use a little)!.
If you do all this, you will not even be tempted to eat junk food anymore!. You are only tempted to eat junk because that is all you are giving your body!. It doesn't know any better!. But once you give it good stuff, it will crave it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

every time you're mad go for a run and when u feel hungry try eating something like fruit and vegetables that way you'll loose weight and gain a new good habitWww@Answer-Health@Com
